Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Arcly app. In them, "Arcly", "we" and "us" mean the app and its publisher. Arcly is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add details specific to Arcly. By using Arcly, you agree to both.

1. Not medical advice

Arcly records what you report: wear times, trays, events, appointments and photos. Its goals, reminders and schedules come from the settings you enter. Arcly does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it does not recommend changes to your treatment. Always follow the instructions of your orthodontist or dentist, and contact them with any questions about your treatment.

2. Your information

You are responsible for the information you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains how it is handled. If you use an account on more than one iPhone, the most recent backup replaces the earlier one, and changes made on different phones are not merged.

3. Arcly Plus subscription

• Arcly Plus is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Arcly account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Exporting your data and deleting your account remain available without a subscription.

4. Using Arcly

Don't misuse Arcly, for example by interfering with the service or trying to access another person's account or data. Arcly's tracking works on your iPhone without a connection. Backup, sign-in and subscription checks need the internet and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features over time.

5. Liability

Arcly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions about your treatment made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

6. Trademarks

Arcly is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Align Technology or any other aligner manufacturer. Product names belong to their respective owners.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

8. Changes and contact
